Welcome!

I've been on the South Beach Diet for over a year and a half now... when I stick to the diet, my loss is anywhere from 10-17 lbs! It's the best diet I have been on (and I have been on many, to lose a grand total of 40 lbs). Now, I want to share some of my favorite recipes with the world! Before this diet, I looked at cooking as a chore. Now I love to cook... and I hope you will enjoy my kitchen's creations. Stay tuned!
